Miley Penndragon

Since making the move from the corporate chain world to independent bars around five years ago, Miley has won two global cocktail competitions with Nikka Whisky and Amaro Montenegro, and continued to innovate and hone her craft at The Domino Club in Leeds. Her ultimate passion is the crafting of delicious drinks, alcoholic or not.
