Previously having worked in operations for TGI Fridays and Merlin Entertainments, Emily knows what it takes to achieve strategic business objectives within the day-to-day operations of hospitality. As well as a new-found obsession with guacamole, Emily has a true passion for driving exceptional guest and operational excellence.
