Caroline Dubois

Caroline Dubois is an artist and sommelier, who has always loved and worked with wine and good food. She has been at Where The Lights Gets In since its birth in 2016. She is the co-owner along with chef Isobel Jenkins of the owner of Isca, a wine bar in Levenshulme. She cares about the process and people involved in the making.
At Isca we believe in a connection with the source and the person behind it. Our approach to people, food and wine is different. In reaction to the world we live in we wish to reassure and educate through our food with true transparency, making the process and background visible. We are serious about working in a way that is respectful of the planet, the ingredients and the people and animals who grow and make them, and of our local community.
