Biography
Joining the business in May 2015, a mere 9 months after Bundobust Leeds was formed, I have recently hit the 10 year mark which is completely bonkers!
I joined the Leeds site as part of their senior management team and within a year I was the GM. I moved over to Manchester in November 2016 to help set up the Piccadilly restaurant, with the mindset of returning to Leeds after it had been established but over 8 years later I’m still here!
Over the years I have helped with the launch of the Liverpool site and then was promoted to the Role of Operations Manager in January 2021.
